2. Do not use word 'appropriate' in IEP's - use word that may be measured
3. 60 day rule -school days- eval and re-eval
4. Keep a copy of your 19. ( re-eval form)
*Tell why you are testing.
*If you are asking for testing, remember , you will have to write a new IEP
5. On Present Level of Educational Performance (PLEP) form (13cc) you must fill in
every area. Check areas and make sure how S/L defecits may be impacting curriculum, social emotional etc.
6. Consultation- keep records, must have goals, consultation can be informal ie when walking with teacher and discussing or via email or F2F.
